Description: [0001] The invention relates to a closure device, in particular a detachable closure device for collars; Straps or harnesses for animals, for example for dogs.
Detachable closure devices are known and can be used anywhere where at least two parts are releasably connected to each other, for example, to bags, holders, arm or neck bands. Thus, EP 2 475 279 B1 discloses a closure device which has a first and a second closure part. The second closure part is arranged in a fastening direction on the first closure part and is connected in the closed state with this. To produce the connection, an actuating element is arranged movably on the second closure part, the actuating element being held on the first closure part in a friction-locked or latching manner via an at least partially elastic section. The connection should not be solvable in the loaded state by means of a locking portion in the second closure part. The locking section can be locked and unlocked by means of spring or magnetic force.
Shoe tapes, chains and belts are known with two-part buckles or other closure elements which lie flat against each other in the closing position, wherein in the closure elements a permanent magnet is arranged (US 9 179 647 B2) to produce a holding force. In addition, it is also possible to provide mechanical safety devices, for example locking cams (CA 2 812 248 A1, US Pat. No. 5,572,887 A, EP 0 923 887 A2).
DE 10 2012 201 077 A1 discloses an animal collar with a pin buckle, which discloses a band end with magnetic elements, wherein the collar has at least one second counter-pole magnetic element. Both magnetic elements are shaped and arranged so that they attract magnetically when the collar is closed, so that the end of the tape rests on the collar and can not "sway".
The closure of the collar and thus the provision of the closing force takes place in a known manner by means of the pin buckle. The magnetic elements are neither suitable nor intended for receiving the closure forces.
It has also been proposed to arrange such permanent magnets for a therapeutic effect on dogs in the collar.
The invention is based on the object, a closure device, in particular a detachable closure device for collars; To develop straps or harnesses for animals, for example for dogs, which allows a simple and secure closure of fasteners. To be made possible also a simple release of the fasteners.
This object is solved with the features of claim 1. A closure device according to the invention has at least one closure element fastened to the collar, strap or harness, in the form of two connecting elements, each having at least one depression and a bulge and a magnetic or magnetizable element.
Preferred embodiments of the inventive closure device are disclosed in the dependent claims.
Preferably, the closure device according to the invention comprises two connecting elements which are substantially identical in shape and which preferably consist of a metallic material.
The at least one trough and bulge is substantially form-responsive to both fasteners in their shape and position and in the connected state of the connecting elements to each other spatially positioned.
The magnetic element is preferably a magnet (5), which is further preferably arranged between a trough and a bulge.
Likewise, each connecting element preferably has an opening for attaching a hook or a leash.

An exemplary harness 1 for dogs in the form of a vest is shown in Fig. 3 and consists of lightweight and breathable stretch air mesh upper with a cooling effect (when submerged in water).
The chest belt 1 is a step-in harness that is quick and easy to put on. It is adjustable in size with Velcro to adapt to the body shape. The nylon straps 2 are sewn crosswise for optimal tension distribution and protection against neck injuries. They have relined buckles to avoid bruises. For flexible tension distribution, the nylon straps feature 2 zig-zag seams. Reflective elements on the neck area provide added security in the dark.
At the nylon bands 2, a plate-like connecting element A, B is arranged in each case, wherein the nylon bands 2 are pulled through a slot 3 (closed safety eye). To the nylon bands 2, a further nylon band 9 is arranged transversely, which is preferably elastic and promotes the cohesion of the connecting elements A, B respectively resp. improved, d. H. to occupy and hold the proper position. In elastic nylon bands 9 also a deformation of the chest belt 1 can be avoided at train.
Each connecting element A, B (Fig. 1) has a, in the example, triangular opening 4 with rounded corners, which serve the hook / latch a leash or the like. Between the elongated hole 3 and the opening 4, a round magnet 5, a permanent magnet, is pressed in a depression in the exemplary embodiment. The magnet 5 is flanked by a respective elongated recess 6 and trough 7.
The wells 7 and the bulge 6 of the connecting elements A, B are form-related and deep-drawn, for example. By flush-fitting of the connecting elements A, B to contact surfaces 8, the bulged bulges 6 of a connecting element A or B come positively in the corresponding counter-forms, d. H. the troughs 7 of the other connecting element B or A to lie.
In addition, the troughs 7 and bulges 6 could also be formed as a magnet system with permanent magnets.
When carrying an energy source, the above-described magnetic system could be formed instead of permanent magnets with electromagnets.
The connecting elements A, B are preferably made of a metallic material.
Except the troughs 7 and bulges 6 is the contact surface 8 of the connecting elements A, B substantially smooth surface and planar. The troughs 7 and bulges 6 are in the example shown about 2-5mm deep and bulged by about this value on the respective mating surface (Fig. 2).
The magnets 5 of the connecting elements A, B are designed opposite polarity, so that when approaching the connecting elements A, B, these attract each other, align and connect formally corresponding flat. The holding force generated by the magnets is sufficiently large to keep the connecting elements A, B closed. The cohesion is reinforced by the previously described nylon bands 9.
Once both fasteners A, B (full) and abutment lieessliegend abut each other, a hook or a line 10 can be hooked into the openings 4.
If necessary For example, the connecting elements A, B may be milled out at the abutment surfaces below the oblong holes 3 corresponding to the thicknesses of the nylon strips 2.
The connecting elements A, B can be separated by train by hand on each connecting element A and B again.
